Mirage Swift and Swift II Nasal Pillows System Frame (with clip and cap). There is a difference between the two frames. Does the frame have two rows of small vent holes? If so, you have the Mirage Swift II. Or, is the frame solid with no vent holes? If so, you have the original Mirage Swift. Be sure to identify which you have before re-ordering to avoid receiving the wrong item.
