General Policies

All services performed by Montage Medical are independent of the manufacturers whose products we sell.

ResMed products, in particular, are for sale in the US only.

The purchase of all CPAP machines and humidifiers require a valid prescription, dated within the current year, provided by a physician licensed to practice in the US.

Shipping & Handling

Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Larger orders such as CPAPs and Humidifiers may be shipped by UPS with insurance and tracking.

If you PREFER UPS or FedEx or have a specific request with regard to shipping your order, simply place the order and at "Checkout", click the "Call Back" button. Someone will get in touch with you to complete your order.

All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards with a US billing address only. Money orders are also accepted. Items that are in-stock normally ship within 24 hours. Business shipping days are Monday - Friday, excluding national US holidays or postal holidays. For items not currently in stock, most items can be expected to be received within 3-7 business days. Return Policies

There are many masks and mask parts available from multiple manufacturers. If you are not certain about what you need to order, please email or call first. We will make every attempt to help you determine the correct mask size or determine the correct part prior to completing your order.

OPENED items cannot be returned. If you order the wrong item and you open it - we cannot accept it back for refund due to the nature of products we sell.

UNOPENED items may be returned at your expense for refund within 30 days of the invoice date (with the exception of CPAPS, software, or Power Failure Alarms). Initial shipping & handling charges are not refunded.

UNOPENED items returned after 30 days of the invoice date will be accepted for store credit only.

If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we will replace it without additional shipping charges. We will also reimburse you the cost of returning the incorrect product. In the event that this occurs, please contact us by email or toll free: 1-888-596-6007.

THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES OF AVAILABILITY ON CLEARANCE ITEMS AND NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.

In the event of a product problem due to manufacturer defect or damage, please contact us to arrange a resolution.
